Here is another testimony from one of my clients who struggled with grief for several years.
After my husband suddenly and unexpectedly died, along with my dog of many years, I felt completely stuck in my grief. I could not find a way out of it. I met Sheryl about three and a half years after Tom’s death. After reading her book, I decided to meet with her for grief coaching. I really did not have much hope that I would get better, but I was desperate and decided to at least try.
Through Sheryl’s support, I no longer felt alone or isolated in my grieving process. From the very beginning, she helped me better understand the various emotions associated with grief—I experienced them all. Sheryl’s grief coaching validated my feelings and reassured me that my experiences were normal and that I wasn’t losing my mind. The support I received brought me comfort and set me on my healing journey.
